Situated in the Poitou Charente region of France, La Unicorn is just outside the town of Sauze-Vaussais which has a large supermarket and many shops. La Unicorn is in an area with Poitiers to the north, Angouleme to the south, La Rochelle to the west and Limoges to the east. Futuroscope near Poitiers, Cognac and the seaside are all within easy reach
